Have your previous jobs started on schedule and if not, why?

We aim for all our jobs to start on schedule, this is always discussed with clients.

Did the jobs finish on schedule and if not, why?

The only time the jobs go over schedule is when extras are added to the job, this is explained fully to clients.

Do you always clean up after yourselves?
Our sites are always tidy during construction and clean after our contract is completed.
Was the quality of work acceptable?
As we maintain a very close relationship with our clients throughout our contract, the work is always more than acceptable and of a mutually agreed standard.
How long have you been in business and do you have premises I can visit?
We were established in 1979 and have been in the building business in excess of 28 years, we have office premises that anyone can visit at any time.
Can you show reference and/or similar work you have done in the past?
We are always happy to supply addresses for references of work completed. As we are registered with trade organisations, references are regularly taken to check the quality and level of our work.
Would your previous clients be prepared to validate your work and offer recommendation?
All our clients are happy to show work completed and provide recommendation.
